Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Accounts activate only after email/phone verification.

2. Products, pricing, and orders

• Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may include or exclude applicable tax, as indicated on the product/cart page.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, cancel orders affected by such errors, and refund any amount already charged.
• We may limit order quantities, refuse, or cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
• Product images are for illustration; actual products may vary slightly.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by our third-party payment partners (Razorpay, Cashfree, and/or UPI). We do not store your full card details or UPI PIN. By making a payment, you also agree to the applicable payment partner’s terms. If a payment attempt for an order is already in progress, we may decline a second simultaneous attempt for the same order to prevent duplicate charges.

4. Referral & commission program

• Rutoherbs offers a 5-level referral commission program. Commission rates, eligibility, and payout rules are set out in-app and may be changed prospectively at our discretion, with notice where required.
• KYC verification is required before you can generate a referral link or receive payouts.
• Commissions are calculated per qualifying order and are subject to reversal if the underlying order is cancelled, refunded, or found to be fraudulent.
• We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions obtained through fraud, self-referral abuse, fake accounts, or violation of these Terms, and to suspend accounts involved in such activity.

5. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Our return and refund rules are set out in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data;
• Create multiple or fake accounts to abuse referral commissions, coupons, or promotions;
• Upload false or fraudulent KYC documents;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, including through automated scraping or denial-of-service activity.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including their content, branding, and software, are owned by or licensed to Rutoherbs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rutoherbs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or unlawful activity. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kotputli-Behror, Rajasthan, unless applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to a different venue.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
